Here's how you can help. We are currently looking for a Data Entry Operator to join our team and rise to the challenge of empowering service.


Position Highlights:

Perform research, validation, and entry of data from various sources into technical applications/databases in an accurate and timely manner while following security protocols for handling and processing potentially confidential donor data.
 

What You’ll Do:

  • Read, interpret codes, and key in a variety of data through PC and proof work.
  • Consistently meet performance goals and expectations regarding processing time and accuracy.
  • Maintains up to date knowledge and awareness of processing business rules, data security protocols, and compliance standards.
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties associated with the data processing such as balancing, worksheet preparation, document scanning, etc.
  • Supports cross-training initiatives and contributes to training guides and processing manuals.


We’re Looking for Someone With:

  • High school graduate with a minimum of three years of data entry experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Computer literacy including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Effective mathematical and written/verbal communication skills.


Compensation: Non-exempt, $20-$22/hr., or $39,000- $42,900 annual equivalent
