Here's how you can help. We are currently looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team and rise to the challenge of empowering service.
Position Highlights:
In this role you’ll play a vital role in the Marketing Operations team at Lions International. You'll implement digital marketing campaigns and serve as an administrator of the marketing automation & analytics platforms. You'll organize and track campaign analytics across marketing channels and execute digital marketing campaigns as assigned. You'll also serve as a primary contact for internal teams on digital marketing automation projects.
What You’ll Do:
Manage the planning, execution, development and optimization of marketing campaigns assets including email templates, forms, landing pages, contact lists, campaign workflows, and automation rules. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaign assets. Ensure that campaigns are launched on time and monitor their performance to make real-time adjustments as needed.
Partner with Marketing and division stakeholders to execute on web projects for each division using content management systems like Drupal or WordPress. Manage website content to develop fresh, engaging, action-oriented content for the web.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry trends.
Analyze the efficacy of and provides recommendations for optimizing digital marketing campaigns. Assist with knowledge-sharing and quality assurance throughout the project life cycle; identifying risks, devising mitigation plans or recommending alternative options. Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaign elements and strategies.
Collect, organize, and analyze marketing data to track key performance metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and identify trends. Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights to stakeholders and support decision-making processes.
Implement lead management processes, including lead capture, qualification, and routing. Develop lead nurturing programs to guide leads through the sales funnel and increase conversion rates. Utilize behavioral tracking and scoring to identify and prioritize high-value leads.
Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall goals. Facilitate communication and coordination to drive integrated marketing campaigns.
We’re Looking for Someone With:
Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
A minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
Proficiency using Power BI, Tableau, Funnel.io or other BI Tools to build dashboards
Proficiency with Marketing Automation tools such as Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc a plus.
Experience with CMS (content management systems) required; experience with Drupal, DAM (digital asset management), Google Analytics, and HTML preferred.
Experience with social media such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
Experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies in a collaborative environment.
Compensation range for this role is expected between $63,000 to $70,000. Salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, job location, skills, and experience.
