Here's how you can help. We are currently looking for a Supply Chain and Member Services Coordinator to join our team and rise to the challenge of empowering service. In this role you’ll responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple product lines while supporting strategic operational initiatives, technology-driven projects and member service excellence. The role collaborates closely with Headquarters, Regional Office teams, vendors, logistics partners, and technology providers to ensure efficient sourcing, fulfillment, reporting and continuous process improvement. The incumbent will leverage data analytics, reporting tools and operational systems to support business decisions and enhance the member experience.
What You’ll Do:
End-to-End Supply Chain Operations
- Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment of New Member Kits, Charter Kits, Awards & Recognition, Club Supplies and Merchandise.
- Coordinate sourcing, procurement, inventory, warehousing, dispatch and last-mile delivery.
- Track SLAs, TATs and inventory levels
- Coordinate with vendors, licensing partners and logistics providers.
- Coordinate with Headquarters, Finance, Intelligent Logistics and Regional Office teams.
- Support RFPs, vendor onboarding and business continuity planning.
- Maintain dashboards, MIS reports and business trackers.
- Compile and analyse operational data to identify trends, KPIs and bottlenecks, and highlight improvement opportunities.
- Prepare operational reports and presentations for Headquarters and management.
- Coordinate HQ-led operational projects.
- Gather business requirements and support UAT.
- Work with technology vendors to support automation initiatives and systems
- Maintain SOPs, process documentation and trackers.
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Support audit, legal and compliance requirements.
- Respond to member and stakeholder enquiries.
- Resolve fulfilment issues and provide proactive communication.
- Assist in preparing executive summaries and project updates.
- Research industry best practices and support strategic initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned
We’re Looking for Someone With:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Business Administration, Commerce, or related discipline. Masters would be an advantage
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Vendor Management, Project Coordination, Data Analysis and Stakeholder Management.
- Experience with Dashboard Development, MIS Reporting & Operational Analytics
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Dashboards, Automation)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Access is desirable
- Exposure to Microsoft Power BI is desirable
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Word & Outlook
- Exposure to AI productivity tools (Copilot, ChatGPT or equivalent) is advantageous
- Exposure to ERP / Supply Chain Systems is desirable
